Description of the Location

The Is Benas B&B Surf Camp and Resort area is located in the middle of the Sinis Peninsula, five minutes walk from a wonderful withe beach and main surf spots. The main Capo Mannu Surf spots area are only 1,5 km away. The Surf School Beach headquarter is located directly on the beach and is just 2 km away from the Surf Camp. The Resort is composed by 5 bright spacious and modern rooms with bathroom, private entrance, wooden patio, garden and private and secure parking. A big shared dinner and living room with Tv, free wi fi and a very large mediterranean style garden. This is the best solution for those looking for a wonderful Resort, few steps from transparent sea and close to the best spots in Sardinia as Capo Mannu, S'arena scoada, Sa mesa longa and S'archittu. Rooms are available to accommodate large families or group of friends, in maximum comfort. The Apartments and Villa are located in Putzu Idu, 1,5 Km away from the surf camp resort and close to the school.

Lesson Plan
Surf lesson includes a 10-15 minute warm up and water safety briefing, along with a demonstration on best ways to paddle on your surfboard, get into waves, stand up and stay up. After paddling out together, your surf Instructor will be there to coach and guide you into the wave. Classes for all surfing levels and with max 6 student per Instructor.
Lessons Hours:
Morning Sessions: 10,00 - 12,00 am Noon Sessions: 16,00 - 18,00 pm
(Monday to Saturday. Sunday Closed).

Payments

We accept bank transfers. Bank details will be provided after confirmation of availability and rate.

Please note that any bank fees are to be covered by the client.

A deposit may be made in order to reserve your booking with us. Deposit can be paid with credit card/paypal or bank tansfer. Payment Page

Balance must be done at your arrival, and can be paid with credit card, bank transfer or by cash.

1- Complete the booking form online, selecting the Lessons you need. You may also send an email to surf@isbenas.com.
2- We will reply to you within 24 hours, including weekends. Information on availability, rates and other service.
3- Confirm your reservation with a booking deposit (20% of the total) made to our bank account or via Paypal, only for surf camp with accomodation. Only Lessons booking no need deposit.
4- After we receive the payment for your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with all details and travel options.

FULL IMMERSION INTENSIVE SURF STAGE

 

- The School offers lessons at all levels for all ages (kids from 7 years) all year round,

- Beginner levels, intermediate levels, reef surfing, advanced manoeuvers and competition levels

- Individual (private) and Group (Max 6 per Instructor) lessons available
- Transfer to the beach or different spot location and back
- 2 daily surf sessions 2 hours each
- All Equipment (Surfboard, wetsuit, leash, rash guard)
- Surf Club Membership card with Sport insurance

 

Our certified I.S.A. instructors will work with you individually on your surfing technique in order to ensure that you learn to surf the correct way. No matter your skill level, you will learn the basics of board handling, positioning, paddling, and technique on getting to your feet, ocean knowledge, and water safety. Our camp is suitable for all levels – from beginners till competition. You will be trained by experienced certified instructors, who have been teaching surfing since 1997 and travelling around best surf spots worldwide.
