The Sinis Peninsula has some of the best and still wild beaches with white sand and crystal blue water like, among others, Sa Mesa Longa, Putzu Idu, Sa Rocca Tunda, Is Arutas, Mari Ermi and S'Arena Scoada (the school main beach).
The area is part of a Marine National Park: "Parco Marino del Sinis e Isola Mal di Ventre" area is a protected Marine National Park, with lots of rare and unique species and pristine nature.
Capo Mannu Surf Area is worldwide recognized for his waves potential. In the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, Sardinia can get good swells all year round. Teaching
Surf lesson includes a 15-20 minute warm up and water safety briefing, along with a demonstration on best ways to paddle on your surfboard, get into waves, stand up and stay up. After paddling out together, your surf instructor will be there to coach and guide you into the wave. Classes are different for all surfing levels. One Instructor every 6 student max.Equipment
All technical surfing equipment is provided by the school. Bring high factor sun cream and your favourite beach clothes and towel.The Club
Is Benas Surf Club Sport Association is recognised by the F.I.S.W. Surfing (Italian Surfing Federation) and recognised by C.O.N.I. (Italian Olympic Committee). The school follow the guidelines and quality standards issued by the I.S.A. (International Surfing Association), World Governing Authority for the sport of Surfing. The school has been coaching and operating since 1997.Club Membership

Ogni lezione include sempre 15/20 di warm up, e un briefing didattico specifico a seconda dei livelli degli studenti. Dopo il briefing presso la scuola, si prosegue con esercizi prima in spiaggia e poi in mare, nel punto migliore scelto per il tipo di lezione. Gli istruttori seguiranno in acqua gli allievi per feedback costante durante la session in mare. Diversi livelli di abilità motoria seguiranno diverse didattiche di apprendimento.Equipaggiamento
Tutto l’equipaggiamento tecnico è fornito dalla scuola. Portate crema solare ad alta protezione, abbigliamento da spiaggia e un telo da mare.Il Club
Is Benas Surf Club è un Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica e Scuola Federale Ufficiale (F.I.S.W. - Surfing) iscritta all’Albo del C.O.N.I. e si avvale di Tecnici Federali del massimo livello. La metodologia didattica segue le linee guida e gli standard di qualità emanati dall’I.S.A. (International Surfing Association). La scuola insegna il surfing dal 1997.Tesseramento

Le Lezioni teoriche si svolgono in sede con eventuale ausilio di video (frame by frame analysis) e dispense (libri di testo).
Le lezioni pratiche in acqua, nell'area surfistica compresa tra Capo Mannu e S.Archittu, Costa occidentale sarda, famosa per avere la più alta frequenza di onde di tutto il Mediterraneo e le spiagge più incontaminate della Sardegna.
Le lezioni si svolgono dal lunedi al sabato mattina, dalle 10,00 alle 12,00 e dalle 16,00 alle 18,00: 4 ore al giorno di lezioni.
Verranno scelte, giornalmente, spiagge diverse in base alle condizioni meteo-marine e al livello attitudinale degli allievi.
I periodi dei Surf Camps settimanali (Classic Weekly Stage) sono scelti per essere quelli statisticamente più ondosi.
Per i minorenni è richiesta una LIBERATORIA sotto scritta e firmata dai genitori.
Le rette della Scuola Surf da onda sono deducibili dal reddito dei genitori dei minori (Art. 28 D.M. marzo 2007).
La Scuola si avvale di Istruttori qualificati con brevetto riconosciuto dalla F.I.S.W./ C.O.N.I. certificato SNAQ. e dall' I.S.A. (international Surfing Association), in possesso di brevetto di Assistente Bagnanti (MIP-FIN-SNS), attestato di BLS-D (Basic Life Support - Defibrillatore) rilasciato da I.R.C. e attestato di PSSD (Primo Soccorso Sportivo) rilasciato dalla F.M.S.I..
Gli Stage sono a numero chiuso e vanno prenotati in anticipo.

La Scuola rilascia agli allievi che hanno frequentato gli Stages con successo, un Attestato di Frequenza.
